PROCESSING OF THERMOSETS

Thermosets are processed by injection moulding on moulding machines BUCHER, ARBURG, BATTENFELD and ENGEL with the clamping force 100t and 200t, with direct compression moulding and transfer moulding on moulding machines DIEFWENBACHER, TOS, MPOK4 a PHM with the clamping force 63 – 500t.

INSTALLATIONS

Vaious types of mouldings including the metal mouldings are completed at our assembly workplaces.

We also offer product printing.
 

FOOD TRAYS

Highly durable food trays made of SMC
(thermosets with fiberglass).

They are designed for heavy duty operations and washing in continious batch washers.

They are resistant to oils and chemicals.

MATERIALS

BMC, SMC, BAKELIT, ALKIT, AMPAL, SMC and BMC
are glass fiber reinforced thermosetting plastics which are hardened by pressure and temperature in a closed mould.

Thermosetting attribute means that once shaped moulding retains the same shape without any changes even with the later effect of the temperature. Furthermore, the mouldings are stable to weather conditions in the sense that UV radiation effect, humidity and even smog does not create corrosion leading to a failure of a moulding.

These materials can be homogeneously coloured and furnished with the required degree of fire resistence.
